A two-day course designed with industry experts to deliver the most up-to date skills and knowledge needed on a construction site today. This course gives the students a unique opportunity to build a timber frame and steel frame house along with part of a house constructed in insulated concrete formwork (ICF).
Students will learn all about the benefits of sustainable construction and the particular benefits of each system whilst they are building them. The students will each have a role within the construction process and could even learn to operate the crane and guide in the panels exactly as they do on site!
